First of all, thank you for shopping at IMVELY.
Recently, we receive a lot of returned packages that are unclaimed by a receiver.
When the package gets returned to IMVELY due to reasons thought to be responsible by a receiver, such as
unclaimed by addressee, absence of addressee, wrong address written by a customer, and etc., there are two options given.
1) You can request reshipment, and the additional shipping cost will be charged.
Once the reshipping cost is paid, the package will be delivered again.
2) You can request refund, and you will get the refund with the deduction of shipping cost.
Either way, there will be a burden of additional cost so please make sure to receive the package before it gets returned.
Please keep an eye on delivery tracking with the given tracking number,
and contact your local post office to see if the delivery was made while you were not around to avoid returning package.
You can always make an inquiry via E-board or CS center email to check the order status.
